Back then it was one shoplot, a red banner, one or two of us. You were among the first to trust us — before we had proven anything.
白砖、玻璃，门口挂着一整面墙的服务项目。团队慢慢多起来。你在候诊区见过的面孔，有些还在，有些去了别处——他们都记得你。
White brick, glass, a whole wall of services at the door. The team slowly grew. Some faces you saw in the waiting area are still here, some have moved on — they remember you too.
楼换了颜色，我们买下了隔壁，也多了普拉提。你看着我们变成现在的样子——而我们，看着你一次比一次走得稳。
The building changed colour, we bought the unit next door, and Pilates arrived. You watched us become who we are now — and we watched you walk in steadier, every time.

You were there for every part of it. Thank you.
一个人开始。Avery，一间店屋，一张治疗床。同一年，Cheryl 来了；Olyvia 成了第一位助理。
It began with one person. Avery, a shoplot, one treatment bed. That same year Cheryl joined, and Olyvia became the first assistant.

继续学。Avery 和 Euvon 先后完成了加拿大 Osteopathic College of Ontario 的整骨疗法课程。多学一门手艺，是为了多一种方法帮你。
We kept studying. Avery, then Euvon, completed the osteopathy course at the Osteopathic College of Ontario, Canada. One more skill, one more way to help you.
同一栋楼，换了一身颜色。薄荷绿——因为它终于像我们了。
Same building, new colour. Mint — because it finally looked like us.
买下隔壁 6977 号单位。那时候只是一个念头：让物理治疗和普拉提，有一天可以在同一个屋檐下。
We bought the unit next door, No. 6977. Back then it was just an idea: that one day physiotherapy and Pilates could sit under one roof.
Heal Pilates 开始了，和 STOTT PILATES 的课程一起。治疗之后，身体需要一个继续变强的地方。呼吸、成长、生活。
Heal Pilates begins, alongside our STOTT PILATES training. After treatment, the body needs somewhere to keep getting stronger. Breathe, grow, live.
第一次走出诊所。Capybara Fun Run，我们第一次以一个团队的身份，站在大家面前。
Our first time outside the clinic. Capybara Fun Run — the first time we stood in front of the community as a team.
隔壁开始动工。一层一层拆开——不对的先拿掉，新的才放得进来。
Work begins next door. Opened up layer by layer — what doesn't hold comes out before anything new goes in.
全部完成。物理治疗和普拉提，并肩在同一个空间里——新的旅程，一起走。
All done. Physiotherapy and Pilates, side by side at last — a new journey begins, together.

A small secret in every photo
每一年的团队照，手势都在数——我们几岁了。谢谢你，陪我们数到十三。
In every team photo, the hands are counting how old we are. Thank you for counting with us, all the way to thirteen.

A few things we kept
两个柜台，同一块招牌。2013年挂上去的那一块，跟着我们搬了家。
Two counters, one sign. The one we hung in 2013 moved house with us.
老店屋的那几年，Bosco 偶尔会来坐坐，八年前离开了我们。如果你见过他，写信的时候可以提一提——他一定很开心。
In the shoplot years, Bosco would drop by now and then; he left us eight years ago. If you ever met him, mention him in your letter — he'd have liked that.
照片里的有些人，后来去了别的地方。他们也是这个故事的一部分——如果你的治疗师是他们其中一位，这封信一样算数。
Some people in these photos have since moved on. They're part of this story too — and if your physiotherapist was one of them, your letter still counts.
